2nd FAIR IN GAREŠNICA

Between the 16th and 18th October 2009, the 2nd Fair in Garešnica was held at the town market, it is an international Fair of family agriculture businesses.

Minister of tourism Damir Bajs opened the Fair and to the opening came district-prefect of the County Bjelovarsko-Bilogorska Miroslav Čačija, and the Major of the town of Garešnica Velimir Žunac.

Over 90 exhibitors from all Croatian regions as well as exhibitors from Hungary, Austria, Italy and Slovenia, were giving the Fair an international importance.

The whole time during the Fair a rich cultural-artistic program was held and a very important place took the presentation of traditional original souvenirs. Among many exhibitors Mijo Vojković introduced his already traditional original fishing tools and souvenirs.
